Shipping & Returns
All UK orders are posted second class Royal Mail unless first class is selected at checkout.
Following dispatch, first class delivery typically takes 1-2 days and second class 2-3 days.
All packages will fit through a standard letterbox meaning you don't need to wait in for your order and a signature will not be required.
Please note that all items are made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 72 hrs following the day your order was placed (excluding weekends). However during busy times, this may take longer. Custom orders may take longer, however this will be communicated with you when purchasing.
Owing to changes in legislation following Brexit, we have temporarily paused international shipping. Please follow our Instagram page for updates.
All orders are wrapped in tissue paper with a business card. If you would like to include a personalised note with your order, this is available free of charge, just send us a message.
At Anasu, we want you to love your item but if something isn't right, let us know.
Please contact us within 14 days of your order date and we will provide you with the return address. All returns should be sent back in their original packaging and in original condition.
We cannot be held responsible for anything that is lost in transit so please request proof of postage for your return. The original delivery cost and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
Please note that all of our products are handmade. While small imperfections may exist, we will never ship an item that we deem to be substandard.
For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on our earrings.
Lost or Broken:
If there is a fault with your item, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery.
If you have lost an earring, please send us a message and we will make you a replacement for half the original price. However, this may not always be possible if your item is from an old collection.
