What happens if I've lost an earring?
Simply send us a message and tell us you've lost an earring. We will make you a replacement for half the original price.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Metals such as sterling silver are naturally soft and should be treated with care. We recommend that you avoid wearing your jewellery in the shower or in the sea. To care for your pieces, avoid exposure to perfumes and household chemicals. We cannot guarantee that fading wont occur if exposed to sunlight over time.
Is there an additional cost for custom orders?
No, there's no additional charge for custom designs so get creative! Simply fill out the form with details of the sort of design you'd like and we will endeavor to get back to you within 48 hrs.
How do I make a custom order?
We love receiving your custom orders and seeing the designs you come up with. Simply fill out the contact form under the custom order tab and let us know what you'd like. Alternatively, send a message on our Instagram and we can plan from there.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only offer shipping within the UK. Please see our shipping & returns page for more details.
Do you accept returns?
For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on our earrings. With regard to other items, please consult our shipping & returns page for more details.
